WATERPARK... Winners and a FREEBIE!
Hello fellow scrappers, Happy Friday to you all! I am super excited to show you my new goodies for this week. One of the best things about being a designer is getting to pair up with other wonderful creative and inspirational people. Jacque Larson is one of those people. For those of you that don't haven't seen Jacque's wonderful work, you are missing out! She carefully handpaints & paper pieces her papers and elements, before turning them digi. She is a true craftsman and I feel so lucky to have worked with her!
It's never too early to start dreaming of summer, and with the gorgeous weather we've been having, it seemed like a great time to do a summer-themed kit. And what's one of the best things about summer? Going to the waterpark, of course! Or if you live in Minnesota..we have "indoor waterparks" that give us lots of winter entertainment too. HAHA!! Waterpark is a refreshing, fun, and colorful kit... jam packed with boldly patterned papers, clean, graphic designs, and playful handpainted and paper pieced elements! Use it for pics at the pool, beach, waterpark, or those fun slip n' slide pictures you've been saving!
I also want to say congratulations to Michele Taylor DeMartini and Leeann Lampson Hadgis for being the lucky winners of our facebook comment challenge. You guys will be getting this HUGE collab for FREE! (Just send me or Jacque an email) Thank you everyone for participating and leaving such sweet comments!!! Here is a Resizing Action: that includes (2)two actions that you will use for almost EVERY layout. 1) Web Version - that will flatten your layout, resize to a web size 600x600px, and have sharpening to brighten your layout. 2) Print Version - will flatten your layout, then run a sharpening to brighten all of your pictures and elements for a print view. After you run this action all that's left is saving your document. Believe me this is going to cut down on SO much of your time.
