(Personal Use) Terms of Use:

By purchasing or downloading products from Sahlin Studios you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this document. All graphics, once sold or downloaded free of charge, do not become your property. Copyrights to all layouts, graphics and kits are retained by Krista Sahlin, Sahlin Studio.

My products may be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may submit works created with these graphics to online galleries, magazines, and other publications, with proper credit given to Sahlin Studio.

NO COMMERCIAL USE is allowed with Personal Use products. A Professional License must be obtained for any commercial or professional use (see Professional Licenses Terms of Use below). Contact me for permission to use my designs in your COMMERCIAL WORK. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do NOT SHARE or DISTRIBUTE these files. REFER A FRIEND directly to Sahlin Studio if you wish to share my designs with them.

(Commercial Use) Terms of Use:
This is only one Commercial Product available at this time.

The Commercial Use License for Designers allows the creation of other products for digital and hybrid scrapbooking.
By using commercial products from Sahlin Studio, you are agreeing to the terms of use below so please read them fully.

1 - You may not resell my products in their original design.
2 - You may not use my commercial use products to make other commercial use products.
3 - When creating Quick Pages the final product needs to be saved as .png or .jpg format with no individual layers or elements files.
4 - You may not create a pack or kit with these items only. My commercial products should be 40% of a kit.
5 - You may not alter any of my graphics to resell them as Templates.
6 – You may alter size, colors, as you need.
7 - You may not offer any of these graphics as a freebie.
8 - You are not required to give proper credit in your terms of use.


Professional License Terms of Use:

Scrap for Hire (S4H)
You do NOT need a Limited Professional Use for S4H when you use of these items for HOME/HOBBY Scrap for Hire based business use as follows: For anyone involved in a scrap for profit business where the finished scrapbook page is supplied in a flattened jpeg format (if supplied digitally) or in a printed form. (i.e. NO psd files, NO quick pages or holes left for pictures to go, NO individual papers/element files, etc are allowed)

Limited Professional Use License – Single Product OR 12 Month License
Limited Professional Use: Single Product
Limited Professional Use: 12 Month

This is the Single Product or a 12 Month license; you must purchase a separate license for each product that you would like to use in your business. (Please note that this price does NOT include the products themselves). For the Single Product License: please choose the number of licenses you would like to purchase in the shopping cart and in the comments section please list the product(s) you are purchasing the license(s) for. The 12 Months License is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers all purchases of Sahlin Studio products within those 12 months. After the license expires you will need to renew the annual fee if you wish to continue to purchase products for Limited Professional use.

Under the terms of this agreement, you MAY:
* Create custom cards, layouts and invitations for your clients provided that they only receive final, flattened versions of the product (i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/element files, etc).
* Use samples created with my products in your galleries and portfolios (with credit given to Sahlin Studio).
* Use the graphics in your web design projects for clients - HOWEVER - if purchasing a single product license a separate Limited Professional Use License must be purchased for each site where the graphics are used. Credits must also be given on the website (“Graphics created by Sahlin Studio at "http://sahlinstudio.blogspot.com/”).
* Small time craft endeavors where the designs are used in hand made products sold at local craft fairs or similar.
* For blog design where the finished design is supplied in 72dpi only

I DO allow my graphics to be used on your personal non-profit making blogs without the purchase of an additional license. I just ask that you credit me on any blog where you display my designs (and an email to show me your work is always appreciated too!)

Under the terms of this agreement, you MAY NOT:
* Use my designs to make scrapbook products (including kits, papers, elements, templates quick pages, product previews, web or blog graphics or promotional materials) for sale or as freebies, this is a Limited Professional Use agreement only. Neither can you print my designs as is and offer them for sale in a printed format.
* Use my designs to make quickpages or printable or hybrid items (such as treat bag toppers or cards) to be sold as downloadable files.
* Produce projects for mass production or distribution. This license allows for *small business use only*.
* Distribute these graphics in any format except for the uses defined above.
* Claim these graphics as your own, either in their original state or in an altered state
