Happy Friday! Happy New Year!

Can you believe that in less than 24 hours we will be saying goodbye to 2010?! WOW what a year it has been! I hope you all have some fun and safe plans. As for me, I'll be heading out to spend the weekend with my family. 18people, 2 wiis, lots of games and food = LOADS of fun!! And there will be lots of photos taken I'm sure. So... we hope that this kit will really hit the new years spot. That's right, WE! Valorie Wibbens and I teamed up this week to bring you kits busting with new years goodies. I've been scrapping a bit more than usual lately... I have been trying to get a book done in time to be printed before Christmas. YAY!! And I wanted to share a couple of really cool and MUST have products that I have been really lovin'!

This date set is from Baers Garten, and possibly the BEST date set I've ever use.
Aren't they neat?

This one is a really amazing font. It is from a really amazing girl, Heather (on my creative team) She's just getting starting in her font line. I use SO SO SO many fonts, and rarely purchase any... but this one is SO cool. It is truly a 'hand' made font and look like you've written on the page. Great for titling too.

If you are looking for a funky and neat holiday alpha.... look no more.
This is the most realistic candy cane alpha I've seen and it works amazingly for titling pages.

Tell a Story...& and you ready for Christmas?

With the end of the year getting closer and closer and wanting to finish up all those memories from 2010 to make way for 2011, it can seem a little overwhelming. What if I told you life could get a little easier for you? How you may ask... with templates. Templates are some of the most useful and versatile tools in the scrapbooking world ( in my humble opinion!) They help you with everything from element placement, clean design, photo blending, and of course, creating quick classy layouts at a moments notice! The only trouble is that sometimes, with all of the beautiful paper piecing and element layering, it's hard to fit in your story- and after all, what is a scrapbook page without a great story??? So I just had to make awesome templates to show off lots of photos AND give you plenty of room for journaling! Just clip your photos and papers to the shapes, add your elements in their proper places, type your story, and you're done!

All week I have been loving my new collab with Jenn Barrette, and we decided to make this little printable set to (hopefully) help out your kitchen organization. Kitschy Organized comes with printable grocery lists, meal planning sheets, even labels for jars! It's a fabulous addition to any kitchen.
